Orders and Shipping
Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email with a Tracking Number and link to track your order.
Shipping times can vary depending on your country. On average it takes 7-15 working days in the USA, Canada, UK and EU with 10-20 days shipping for the rest of the world.

You can choose a different shipping address other than your billing address during checkout. Alternatively, if you have an account with us you can change your shipping address on your Account Page. If your order has been processed already then unfortunately the shipping address cannot be changed.
No. We do not keep your Credit Card information on our system, however you can save your Card details securely with our payment provider if you choose.
Sales Tax varies greatly depending on the country or area we deliver to, so we have included this in the price for you.
Yes! We ship worldwide including the UK, USA, EU, Canada and Australia. Please send us a message or email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to confirm if we can ship to your country.
If you have ordered multiple items they may be sent separately depending on stock availability at the warehouse. We have multiple warehouses located in the USA, UK, EU and China, and your item will be sent from the nearest warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

Please take a photo and video of the damaged product as soon as it arrives and send to our Support Team at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve this for you.

It is very important to confirm the correct shipping address during the checkout process. However, we understand mistakes can happen. We advise to check your order email as soon as it arrives and let us know the new address as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped and we are not responsible for incorrect shipping as a result.
Changes and cancellations can only be made before an order has been shipped. We advise to do this within 30 minutes of placing the order.
There is an option to register your email with us so we can notify you when the item is back in stock. This can be found on the product page of the item you are interested in.
