Yes! We ship to most countries including the USA, Canada, EU, UK and Australia. Please send a message and we will be happy to confirm if we can ship to your country.

All orders are processed within 2-3 days and dispatched to shipping. Shipping times can vary depending on your country. On average it takes 7-15 working days in the USA, Canada, UK and EU with 10-20 days shipping for the rest of the world.

We have a 30-day returns policy for your purchased item. Full details of this policy can be found on our Returns Policy.

You can choose a different shipping address during checkout. If you have an account with us you can change your shipping address on your Account Page. If your order has been processed already then unfortunately the shipping address cannot be changed. We recommend checking your order email when it arrives and contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order if the details are incorrect.

Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email with a Tracking Number and link to track your order. If you have an account with us, you can find tracking information on your account.

It is very important to confirm the correct shipping address during the checkout process. However, we understand mistakes can happen. We advise to check your order email as soon as it arrives and let us know the new address within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Changes cannot be made after the order has been processed and we are not responsible for incorrect shipping as a result.

When ordering multiple items they may be sent separately depending on stock availability at our warehouses. We have multiple warehouses located in the USA, UK, EU and China, and your item will be sent from the nearest warehouse.
